For our atto series of detector / amplifier combinations select6ed and extremely low-noise te-cooled Si- or InGaAs- photodiodes are used only. The spectral range is 190nm up to 1100nm and 800nm up to 1700nm depending on the photodiode used.

With low frequencies signals in the atto W level can be detected partially down to 20 x 10-18 W/√Hz. Typical applications are SNOM, fluorescence, spectroscopy etc.
