This series that now has been amended and widened up is designed for highly demanding scientific R&D and industrial analysis, for which the detection of ultimatively low signals is a fundamental pre-requisite. The atto series has been optimized for a range of photodiode (SiC, GaP, Si, InGaAs, PN, PIN and APD Photodiodes) to achieve optimum results within different spectral ranges.
