InGaAs Focal Plane Array Detectors

Chunghwa Telecom Laboratories, manufacturer of telecommunication components / equipment as welol as InGaAs Focal Plane Array detectors (FPA´s) and OEC have signed Distribution Cooperation w.r.t. the InGaAs FPAs. The 320x256 and 640x512 Pixel sized FPA´s operate in the spectral range between 900nm and 1700nm. The arrays are supplied in the ceramic package with side solder contacts and the kovar metall package withn integrated TE1 cooler.
