GaN UV Photodioden

Genicom, manufacturer of UV products and OEC have signed a Distribution Contract w.r.t. GaN UV photodiodes. The GaN photodiodes show Shunt resistances in the G-Ohm range and thus are very low noise. Depending on the type of package used (variousSMD, TO46, TO5) Chip sizes of 0,3mm x 0,3mm up to 3,4mm x 3,4mm can be supplied as well as optimisation w.r.t. UV-A / UV-B / UV-C.

These photodiodes are very low priced. Due to the type of production even very large volumes can be supplied in time.
