Based on endurance and life time tests the high level of quality and ruggedness can be demonstrated. Our standard GaN (UV-A, UV-B und UV-C) photodiodes were expüosed to UV radiation (254nm, 306nm bzw. 352nm) with power densities of 15mW/cm² and 5mW/cm². The photodiodes showed +,-5% variation of photo current only within 10000 hrs. Furthermore, the photo current is linear with the incident power density range of 0 – 15mW / cm² (UV-A, -B) , 0-5mW/cm² (UV-C).
