IGA500-APD – High-Performance InGaAs Avalanche Photodiode

Our brand-new IGA500-APD is a large-area InGaAs Avalanche Photodiode (1.7 µm), designed for distance measurement, spatial light transmission, eye-safe rangefinders, and detection in low-light conditions. It features a large active area with a diameter of 500 µm. The IGA500-APD offers high responsivity and very low noise in the spectral range between 800 nm and 1700 nm, with a spectral peak at 1550 nm. The IGA500-APD chip is hermetically sealed in a modified TO46 housing.
