SiC photodiodes from OEC

SiC photodiodes are extremely useful photodiodes when it comes to the spectral range of 200nm to 400nm. The main features are:
– good daylight insensitivity
– very good long-term stability
– very low temperature coefficient -0.1%/°C
– withstands high UV radiation doses of 1W/cm²
– can be optimized for UV-A, -B, -C via suitable filters
– available in various housings
– active areas with 0.5mm and 1mm side lengths.

Typical applications are:
– UV radiation measuring devices
– Water disinfection
– Flame monitoring and detection
– UV radiation power meters
