IGA128-APD linear InGaAs avalanche photodiode array with 128 elements

The backside-illuminated, 128-element InGaAs avalanche photodiode array offers higher spectral sensitivity in the range of 950nm–1700nm and lower capacitance than front-illuminated arrays. In addition to the better signal-to-noise ratio, lower bit error rates are also achieved. Bandwidths up to 5 GHz are achievable. With dimensions of 40mm x 40mm x 2.54mm, a compact array is available.
