Aluminum (Al) and indium (In) based GaN Schottky-type photodiodes are used for detection in the spectral range up to 400 nm, divided into UV-A (up to 375 nm), UV-B (up to 320 nm), and UV-C (up to 280 nm).
These photodiodes are very cost-effective. Due to the production process, very large volumes can also be delivered on time. Minimum order quantities vary depending on the standard photodiode.
The enclosed data sheets show the standard types, while the following product overview also lists additional “on request” options for quasi-standard products.
Complete custom designs are, of course, also possible, provided that the corresponding production volumes are reached.
