IGA1000-VT

The IGA1000-VT is a high-performance InGaAs PIN photodiode featuring an extended spectral response from 0.4 µm to 1.7 µm. Unlike conventional InGaAs detectors, which typically become sensitive only from 0.8 µm, the IGA1000-VT enables the detection of radiation in the UV and visible spectral ranges as well. This makes it an ideal choice for applications requiring broad spectral coverage combined with high sensitivity.

With its low noise, low dark current, and the availability of large active areas, the IGA1000-VT delivers outstanding measurement accuracy and reliability. A variety of chip sizes and package options, together with custom design capabilities, ensure seamless integration into demanding measurement and sensing systems.
